A couple of Oil Paintings!

A was struggling a little and slightly scared to get these babies going, but they turned out alright at the end.


This is in Burlington, VT. I was there for some Immigration stuff, hence the title. A very beautiful place, especially the water which was gorgeous.

Flashback!

I completed the drawings below a while back when I was doing my undergrad. I have not done charcoal since. I also did portraits a lot when I was doing charcoal. I just thought the combination worked really well. By some strange coincidence, all of the subjects are smoking some form of tobacco and without even realizing I decided to post them all together today. Well hope you enjoy them.

This is a picture of a street kid in Nepal. It's a tough life for them and they mature much more quickly then they should.
